Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Copywriter to join our Team. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to craft engaging content across multiple channels, including website, promotions, email, SMS, and push notifications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent tone and style across verticals, and developing copy guidelines and promotional templates
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for crafting compelling and consistent content that engages audiences across multiple channels, while supporting brand messaging and business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Write and localize engaging copy for various channels: onsite banners, website content, promo texts, email campaigns, SMS, and push notifications
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including retention, design, and product
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across different verticals (casino, live, sports)
- Create copywriting guidelines, tone of voice documentation, and promotional templates
- Manage copy briefs, track deadlines, and handle multiple projects across different markets
Required Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in iGaming copywriting or related field
- Excellent written English skills (C1 level or higher)
- Approaches collaboration with flexibility and a positive attitude
- Strong understanding of promotions, bonus mechanics, and player behavior within the iGaming industry
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable, such as German, Russian, Spanish, etc.
