Posted about 2 hours agoFull-timePoland
Description

Software Mind develops solutions that make an impact for companies around the globe. Tech giants & unicorns, transformative projects, emerging technologies and limitless opportunities – these are a few words that describe an average day for us. Building cross-functional engineering teams that take ownership and crave more means we’re always on the lookout for talented people who bring passion and creativity to every project. Our culture embraces openness, acts with respect, shows grit & guts and combines employment with enjoyment.

Project – the aim you’ll have

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong focus on building retail media and commercially-driven products that deliver value for both our members and our partners. You’ll report into the Product Director and play a key role in shaping, delivering, and evolving products that sit at the intersection of member experience and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance strategic thinking with deep involvement in delivery. You’ll work closely with engineering, data, and design, while also partnering day-to-day with Commercial to translate business opportunities into scalable, member-first product solutions. You’ll be comfortable navigating trade-offs, prioritising effectively, and ensuring commercial outcomes never come at the expense of member trust or experience.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys operating in ambiguity, and can confidently balance multiple priorities while delivering measurable impact.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Own the end-to-end delivery of retail media and commercial product initiatives, from opportunity discovery through to launch, optimisation, and scale
• Partner closely with Commercial and Partnerships teams to understand advertiser and partner needs, shaping product solutions that unlock sustainable revenue
• Balance member needs with commercial objectives, ensuring monetisation is transparent, relevant, and enhances (rather than detracts from) the member experience
• Be involved in day-to-day execution: supporting squads, unblocking delivery, managing trade-offs, and maintaining momentum
• Work with the Product Director to shape and evolve product strategy for your area, aligning commercial goals with long-term member value
• Define success metrics across both member outcomes (e.g. engagement, relevance, trust) and business outcomes (e.g. revenue, fill rate, partner performance)
• Use data, experimentation, and qualitative insights to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement
• Use tools such as Amplitude and Jira to manage backlogs, track progress, and ensure visibility across product, tech, and commercial teams
• Operate iteratively in an agile environment, testing, learning, and refining solutions at pace
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and a culture of shared ownership between Product, Tech, Data, and Commercial teams

Expectations – the experience you need

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a scale-up or high-growth environment, with clear ownership of commercially impactful products
• Hands-on experience building retail media, advertising, monetisation, or revenue-generating platform products
• Strong experience working closely with commercial, sales, or partnerships teams, translating business needs into scalable product capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to balance member-centric thinking with commercial outcomes, making thoughtful trade-offs backed by data and insight
• Strong end-to-end delivery skills, with a track record of driving execution and unblocking teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing across product, tech, data, and commercial functions
• Analytical and outcome-focused mindset, using data to prioritise, evaluate success, and drive decisions
• Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, media, or affiliate-driven business models
• Strong understanding of agile product development and prioritisation frameworks
• Ideally hands-on experience with tools such as Amplitude, Jira, and experimentation platforms

Our offer – professional development, personal growth:

  • Flexible employment and remote work
  • International projects with leading global clients
  • International business trips
  • Non-corporate atmosphere
  • Language classes
  • Internal & external training
  • Private healthcare and insurance
  • Multisport card
  • Well-being initiatives
