Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across our talent acquisition function. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition, this multifaceted role will lead transformative initiatives, while also serving as the primary program manager for our Lever ATS, managing key vendor relationships, establishing global best practices, and spearheading continuous improvement efforts to enhance our talent acquisition capabilities worldwide.
What You Will Do
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of our transformative initiative across all workstreamsServe as the primary program manager for our Lever ATS, including system optimization, user adoption, and feature implementationDevelop comprehensive implementation roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans for all TA initiativesManage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and deliver expected outcomes
System & Vendor ManagementOwn the relationship with Lever and other TA technology vendors, serving as the primary point of contactDrive system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to maximize ROI on TA technology investmentsEvaluate new potential vendor partnerships and technologies to enhance our recruiting capabilities
Process OptimizationEstablish and document global TA best practices to ensure consistency across regionsIdentify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiencyLead continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights, user feedback, and industry benchmarksCollaborate with regional TA teams to implement standardized processes while accommodating local requirements
Data & Analytics
Design and implement comprehensive TA reporting and analytics capabilitiesEstablish KPIs to measure program success and operational effectivenessCreate regular insights and trends reporting for leadership to inform strategic decision-makingLeverage data to identify areas for process improvement and demonstrate ROI on TA initiatives
Candidate & Employer Branding

Experience: 8+ years in Talent Acquisition (Recruiter/ Recruiting Manager) with at least 5 years of program/project management experience managing HR/TA systems, programs, or transformation initiativesTechnical Expertise: Demonstrated experience driving technical programs across a global TA team Vendor Management: Proven track record managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service deliveryProgram Management: Experience leading complex, global initiatives with multiple workstreams and stakeholdersData Acumen: Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting frameworks and deriving actionable insightsIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes, recruitment best practices, and current industry trendsLeadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authorityCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiencesGlobal Mindset: Experience working across multiple regions and cultures, with sensitivity to regional differences in talent markets In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $113,000 to $188,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
