What The Role Involves?We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Market Research Executive – Outbound to support and scale Sprinto’s outbound pipeline through high-quality data research, enrichment, and CRM management. This role will be responsible for identifying ICP-fit accounts, building and enriching outbound databases, maintaining CRM hygiene, and enabling structured lead distribution for SDRs and AEs.The ideal candidate combines strong research skills with hands-on experience in outbound data tools and CRM systems. They should be comfortable working with enrichment platforms, automation workflows, and data governance practices to ensure accurate, reliable, and campaign-ready outbound data.
What Your Impact Will Look Like:
Conduct primary and secondary research to identify ICP-fit accounts and contacts across target industries and geographies.Build and maintain high-quality outbound databases, ensuring accurate, complete, and campaign-ready contact information.Source and enrich data using tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other enrichment platforms.Design and optimize data enrichment and automation workflows to improve efficiency, coverage, and scalability.Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, including data validation, field standardization, lifecycle stage accuracy, and regular audits.Identify, manage, and eliminate duplicate accounts and contacts to ensure reliable CRM data.Segment accounts and leads based on ICP criteria such as industry, region, revenue, and technology stack, and assign them to SDRs and AEs based on territory or campaign requirements.Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and Growth teams to support outbound initiatives and report on database quality, enrichment coverage, and data gaps.
What You’ll Bring To The Team:
1.5–3 years of experience in market research, outbound data operations, or sales research roles.Hands-on experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including data management, hygiene, and deduplication.Familiarity with data enrichment workflows, lead sourcing, and outbound prospecting processes.Basic understanding of automation, APIs, or scripting (e.g., JavaScript) to streamline data workflows is preferred.High attention to detail with the ability to maintain data accuracy and governance standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with Sales, SDR, and Growth teams
