- Develop and implement the distribution sales strategy in Italy to achieve sales objectives and increase profitability.
- Increase Sungrow's market share and grow sales revenue within the Italian distribution market.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing distributors while acquiring new ones, developing growth strategies together.
- Ensure customers are convinced of Sungrow products' technical, commercial, and service advantages.
- Define and manage pricing strategies across the entire distribution chain, including distributors, sub-distributors, installers, and end-users.
- Monitor distributor sales results periodically to adjust commercial strategies, implementing rebate plans or special promotions as needed.
- Provide regular forecasts and KPI reporting for leadership management.
Your profile
All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in inverter distribution sales, with an existing network in the distribution market being an advantage.
- You possess a proven track record of overachieving sales targets.
- You are self-motivated, performance-driven, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Your language skills include English C1, and Italian C2 or native proficiency.
- You are proficient in MS-Office and ideally have knowledge of CRM software.
- You have a broad industry network and a proven ability to interface at an executive level.
