OVERVIEW
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Campaign Producer with deep web creative experience to support a high-output marketing team at one of the world's most recognizable tech brands. This is a senior-level contractor role that sits at the intersection of integrated campaign management and digital/web creative production. You will not just be tracking tasks, you will be driving programs.
The right person brings a strong production backbone across social, digital, web, and cross-channel campaign work and knows how to operate at scale. You've managed multi-million dollar programs, navigated complex stakeholder environments, and delivered exceptional creative work on time, on spec, and on budget. You move fast, communicate clearly, and bring calm to chaos.
This role also requires genuine curiosity about AI and the evolving landscape of creative technology. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be interested, aware, and open to integrating new tools and workflows where they make sense.
WHO YOU ARE
- A seasoned producer who has managed large-scale, multi-workstream campaigns from concept through final delivery — and has the receipts to prove it.
- Equally fluent in campaign management and web/digital creative production — you understand how a campaign idea becomes a landing page, a digital experience, or a web asset, and you know how to manage that process.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of keeping complex programs on track across creative teams, marketing leads, and external partners.
- A proactive communicator who flags risks early, manages stakeholder feedback with clarity, and brings solutions — not just problems.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, iterative environment where priorities shift and launch timelines are real. You may need to flex on weekends or put in overtime during peak launch periods — and you're okay with that.
- Energized by the intersection of creative and technology, and curious about AI as it relates to content, production, and digital experiences.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
Most producer roles lean one way, either campaign and content production or digital and web. This role requires genuine fluency in both. You'll be the connective tissue between a campaign idea and its digital execution, which means you need to understand the creative vision and the technical build equally well.
This team moves fast, operates at significant scale, and holds a high bar for creative quality and brand standards. If you thrive in that kind of environment and bring the operational depth and web creative experience to back it up, this is a compelling opportunity to work at the forefront of one of the most innovative brands in the world.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Campaign Producer will oversee end-to-end production across multiple marketing mediums including campaign work, social, digital, and web creative. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with external production partners, and ensure every deliverable meets creative expectations, technical specs, and brand standards. This role requires a command of both campaign operations and web/digital production workflows — including an understanding of how creative assets translate into web experiences, digital formats, and cross-channel executions.
You will be expected to manage projects with budgets of $20M or more simultaneously, making this a high-accountability, high-visibility role on the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain production budgets, track costs in real time, and ensure all deliverables ship on time and within scope.
- Educate internal stakeholders and agency partners on production processes, timelines, technical guidelines, and workflow best practices.
Web & Digital Creative Production
- Oversee web creative production end-to-end — from brief to final delivery — coordinating across UX, design, copy, development, and QA teams.
- Manage the production of digital and web assets including landing pages, microsites, interactive experiences, web banners, and digital toolkits.

- Oversee asset management, versioning, and platform-specific execution across the full media matrix.
- Ensure seamless integrated production workflow across long-form content, social toolkits, web creative, editorial updates, and paid media packages.
- Uphold quality control across all final files prior to delivery, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and technical compliance.
- Oversee a diverse roster of production partners (digital, web, interactive, post-production) and guide them through briefs, timelines, and quality expectations.
Must-Haves
- 6–8 years of experience in integrated creative production spanning campaign management, digital, web creative, social, and long-form content.
- Proven experience managing multi-million dollar production budgets ($20M+) across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Direct experience overseeing web and digital creative production — including landing pages, microsites, web banners, or interactive digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of campaign production workflows from brief to final delivery across social, digital, web, ATL, and multi-asset programs.
- Experience working across creative teams, marketing leads, and external agencies or vendors in a large-brand or agency environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholders, disciplines, and levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative creative environment with shifting priorities.
- Must reside in the New York or New Jersey area and be open to occasional in-office team meetings.
- Availability to work overtime or weekends during peak launch periods when needed.
Nice-to-Haves
- Agency experience — familiarity with agency-side production workflows and client management is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools as they relate to creative production, content development, or digital experiences — genuine curiosity about this space is highly valued.
- Experience producing for a global tech brand or working within a large in-house creative team.
- Understanding of web development workflows and the ability to communicate effectively with developers and technical partners.
- Background in managing production for brand campaigns with a significant web and digital creative component.
