We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Analyst to remotely review installation images and documentation to ensure telematics and related technical equipment are installed correctly and in accordance with company and manufacturer standards.
In this role, you will support fleet technology solutions such as Samsara and Motive, helping maintain consistent installation quality and reliable performance for customers. Your work will directly impact compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Review installation photos and submitted documentation from field technicians
Verify proper placement, mounting, wiring, and connections of telematics hardware
Ensure installations meet manufacturer guidelines and internal QC standards
Identify installation errors, missing components, or non-compliant setups
Approve or reject installations based on established quality criteria
Provide clear, actionable feedback to technicians when corrections are required
Document QC findings accurately in tracking or ticketing systems
Follow standardized QC checklists and internal procedures
Escalate complex or unclear cases according to defined workflows
Monitor recurring installation issues and report trends to leadership
Ability to accurately review and interpret installation images and technical documentation
Strong attention to detail and consistent decision-making skills
Basic understanding of vehicle-mounted equipment or technical hardware
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Ability to meet daily productivity targets and turnaround time expectations
Reliable internet connection and availability to work scheduled shifts
Experience working with telematics or fleet management systems
Previous experience in a QC, compliance, or technical support role
Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation processes

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–1:00 AM CST
