ZigZag is looking for a Virtual Assistant - Digital Marketing to join our team!

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition and coordinate broader marketing execution. This is an execution-focused role working directly with the Founder, who will provide strategic direction.

Your primary objective is to generate qualified project leads at a sustainable cost.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Ads (Search + Performance Max) and Meta Ads
• Conduct keyword research, negative keyword optimisation and budget management
• Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
• Track cost per qualified lead, booked consultations and ROI
• Brief and direct our designer on campaign creative requirements
• Build and manage email nurture and automation flows
• Coordinate SEO execution (keyword research, content planning)
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency (ad copy, email drafts, reporting)
• Provide clear weekly performance reporting

Required Experience

• 2-3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Must have experience in Meta Ads
• Must have experience with luxury brands and/or high-end clients
• Must have experience in email marketing
• Experience with Klaviyo is preferred but not required
• Experience with high-ticket or long sales-cycle businesses
• Strong analytics, tracking and reporting skills
• Comfortable briefing designers and coordinating execution
• Excellent written English
