The RoleThis is a general open application to clinically licensed therapists in West Virginia. Mental Health Counseling is part of a broad range of TimelyCare's digital health services that are extended to members of higher education, primarily college students. As a 1099 Licensed Clinical Therapist with TimelyCare, you will offer therapy for the members we serve, partnering with them to identify their needs, collaborate and develop treatment plans, and guide them, when necessary, to other appropriate TimelyCare services (Medical, Psychiatry, etc.).&nbsp; We have a mental health team that consists of Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists.&nbsp;\n Requirements for Contracted Services<ul><li>Required: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or&nbsp; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).&nbsp;Associate therapists are not applicable for this position at this time.</li><li>Preferred:&nbsp;Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)</li><li>Active State License(s)</li><li>Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills</li><li>Experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning</li><li>Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment</li></ul> What Our Contracted Therapists Do<ul><li>Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population</li><li>Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record</li><li>Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session</li><li>Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed</li><li>Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics</li></ul> Expectations for Contracted Services<ul><li>Work with the student/client to establish and develop treatment goals and document accordingly</li><li>Utilize active listening skills and evidence based modalities (SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, ACT) in order to build rapport, establish boundaries, and progress student/client care</li><li>Submit appropriate documentation in the EHR (the TimelyCare platform) in a punctual manner</li><li>Prepared to adapt to the changing needs of the population we serve</li><li>Able to remain calm and maintain composure during a potential high stress scenario</li><li>Respond with empathy, professionalism, and meet clients where they are at</li><li>Model respectful conduct with all students, peers, and support staff</li></ul> Highlights of Contracted Services<ul><li>Timely: Expected session time is 45–50 minutes, with the time remaining for documentation (60 minutes total)</li><li>Bye bye, burnout:&nbsp;Provide remote care from the convenience of your home or professional office space while maintaining a healthy work/life balance</li><li>Hassle free: Don’t worry about reimbursement, billing codes, or insurance credentialing.
