The RoleWe are currently looking to contract with independent contractors for clinical evaluation and medication assessment services to members (students, faculty &amp; staff) who use the TimelyCare platform.&nbsp; Our members are from many diverse backgrounds, including race, ethnicity, LGBQT+, faith-based, etc. This is a great opportunity to make an impact on the local communities while earning additional income and having the flexibility to work from the convenience of your home.&nbsp;\n Requirements for Contracted Services <ul><li>Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree</li><li>Current state licensure as a Psychiatrist and be able to practice independently</li><li>2+ years experience working with persons who have various behavioral substance misuse, or other psychiatric impairments</li><li>Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, or related</li></ul> What You'll Do<ul><li>Conduct remote Telepsychiatry outpatient visit</li><li>Conduct therapy, medication assessments, and intake evaluations for new and existing members</li><li>Develop individual care plans and provide therapeutic interventions as necessary including the provision of ongoing medication management services</li><li>Provide consultation and health education support to TimelyCare's members</li></ul> Highlights of Contracted Services<ul><li>Bye bye, burnout: Provide remote care from the convenience of your home or office while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.</li><li>Hassle free: Don’t worry about reimbursement, billing codes, or insurance credentialing. Timelycare does not work with insurance providers and partners directly with colleges and universities across the country. Our members can access and utilize Timelycare’s services without the hassle of insurance or costly co-pays.&nbsp;</li><li>Provider autonomy: Flexible hours that work for you. Independent, contract providers set their own schedule.</li><li>Motivated clients: The population Timelycare serves is made up of highly motivated, high functioning students, faculty and staff in higher education institutions who are ready to grow and engage with behavioral health services and treatment.</li><li>Professional boundaries: Members will not have access to your phone number or email.</li><li>Basic Med Management as we do not prescribe controlled substances.</li></ul> Expectations<ul><li>Real-time patient charting</li><li>Documentation due immediately upon completion of a session</li><li>Eight hours of availability for Psychiatry sessions, weekly</li><li>An initial scheduled session typically lasts between 45–60 minutes (one-hour block)</li><li>Follow-up scheduled sessions typically last between 15–20 minutes (30-minute block) (Note: A complex follow-up may take longer at the clinician’s discretion))</li><li>Session timeliness: always be on time so the member never waits</li><li>Maintain annual renewal of any state licensure</li><li>Report to us any malpractice issues, instantly</li></ul> Compensation<ul><li>$200 for the initial member session</li><li>$125 per follow-up member session</li><li>$100 for member canceled initial sessions</li><li>$62.50 member canceled follow-up sessions</li></ul> \nThis is a remote position.
