The RoleWe are currently looking to contract with independent contractors for clinical evaluation and medication assessment services to patients (students) who use the TimelyCare platform.&nbsp; \n Requirements for Contracted Services <ul><li>Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree</li><li>Current state licensure as a Psychiatrist and be able to practice independently</li><li>2+ years experience working with persons who have various behavioral substance misuse, or other psychiatric impairments</li><li>Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, or related</li></ul> What You'll Do<ul><li>Conduct remote Telepsychiatry outpatient visit</li><li>Conduct therapy, medication assessments, and intake evaluations for new and existing patients</li><li>Develop individual care plans and provide therapeutic interventions as necessary including the provision of ongoing medication management services</li><li>Provide consultation and health education support to patients and families</li></ul> Highlights of Contracted Services<ul><li>Bye bye, burnout: Provide remote care from the convenience of your home or office while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.</li><li>Hassle free: Don’t worry about reimbursement, billing codes, or insurance credentialing. Independent, contract providers set their own schedule.</li><li>Motivated clients: The population TimelyCare serves is made up of highly motivated, high functioning students in higher education institutions who are ready to grow and engage with behavioral health services and treatment.</li><li>Professional boundaries: Students and clients will not have access to your phone number or email.</li><li>Basic Med Management as we do not prescribe controlled substances.</li></ul> Expectations<ul><li>Real-time patient charting</li><li>Documentation due immediately upon completion of a session</li><li>Eight hours of availability for Psychiatry sessions, weekly</li><li>An initial scheduled session typically lasts between 45–60 minutes (one-hour block)</li><li>Follow-up scheduled sessions typically last between 15–20 minutes ((30-minute block) (Note: A complex follow-up may take longer at the clinician’s discretion))</li><li>Session timeliness: always be on time so the patient never waits</li><li>Maintain annual renewal of any state licensure</li><li>Report to us any malpractice issues, instantly</li></ul> Compensation<ul><li>$200 for the initial patient session</li><li>$125 per follow-up patient session</li><li>$100 for patient-canceled scheduled sessions</li></ul> \nThis is a remote position.
