The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, with the ability to generate custom financial reports.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Process and manage invoicing through QBO.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular bookkeeping tasks.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Prepare monthly financial reports and custom reports as needed.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ensure compliance with accounting principles and industry regulations.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Assist with financial analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Quickly identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Minimum 3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;CPA or equivalent certification.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;⁠Strong analytical and communication skills.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;English level C1 or higher, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Benefits&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul style=&quot;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;&quot;&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Schedule: M-F, Business Hours, EST&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Salary: $2,000USD&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;100 % Remote work environment&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;PTO&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
