What’s the opportunity?&nbsp; The APM (Alternative Payment Methods) Sales Specialist will drive sales and adoption of non-card payment solutions within the LATAM region. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments landscape, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.\n What will I be doing?<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the adoption of non-card payment solutions in the LATAM region.</li><li>Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from incorporating non-card payment methods into their payment offerings.</li><li>Expand and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell non-card payment solutions.</li><li>Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to non-card payment adoption. </li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored non-card payment solutions.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of non-card payment methods and how they can enhance the client’s payment process.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the payments industry, particularly related to non-card payment methods in LATAM.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of non-card payment solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.</li></ul><div> </div> What skills do I need?<ul><li>Experience selling non-card payment methods and knowledge of the payments industry in LATAM</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Perseverance.
