We are looking for a Backend Game Developer to design game mechanics, implement math models, and develop tools for statistical analysis and game simulations.Requirements<ul> <li>University degree in mathematics/computer science/technology/engineering; </li> <li>At least 1 year of commercial experience as a developer; </li> <li>Strong scripting skills in Python (OOP);</li> <li>Experience in developing client-server applications (Flask); </li> <li>A high level of attention to detail;</li> <li>Experience with Git (or other VCS);</li> <li>Data-driven and analytical mindset in decision-making; </li> <li>English B2+. Will be a plus: </li> <li>An understanding of how slot games work; </li> <li>An experience as a game mathematician (or similar position); </li> <li>Motivated by challenges and stretch goals; </li> <li>Ability to look at games from the players' point of view; </li> <li>Teamwork experience; </li> <li>Self-organization, ability to prioritize tasks.</li> </ul>Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Develop engaging game mechanics and mathematics in collaboration with Product Owners and Game Mathematicians; </li> <li>Implement game math models in the game code;</li> <li>Fine-tune game mechanics and mathematics to create the best possible product;</li> <li>Perform simulations of game math; </li> <li>Rapid prototyping of game mechanics to prove the concept; </li> <li>Develop game bots and tool for statistics analysis.</li> </ul>
