They offer both on-site and online training tailored to meet regulatory standards.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the Role:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We are looking to hire a smart and collaborative person to join the team as a Bookkeeping and HR Specialist who will take care of all our company day-to-day financial and HR tasks. You will be responsible for both accounts receivable and payable and will act as a backup for payroll and HR support/Benefits management tasks. To do well in this role you should have previous experience as a Bookkeeper and in HR support roles in the US &amp;amp; have used QuickBooks Online.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assisting with order processing, project tracking data management, and other business operations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monitoring financial transactions and reports.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Processing accounts receivable (including collections) and payable.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Understanding ledgers.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Working with an accountant when necessary.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Acting as a backup for calculating bonuses and commissions, monthly payroll, and employee time using accounting software.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Acting as a backup for recruiting, employee onboarding, HR, payroll, and benefits management.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration. Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of bookkeeping software and experience with QuickBooks Online.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business-services environment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience with HR support and benefits management for US companies.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Attention to detail and accuracy of work.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Details:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;100% remote role, the company is based in California (USA).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Schedule: business hours, PST.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Energetic and small team.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Base salary: around $1,300.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 days of PTO + 5 sick days.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Hiring process requires reference checks.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
