You will play a key role in identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our footprint in this exciting domain. We are seeking a talented and motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, partnership management, and influencer marketing.Key Responsibilities and Assignments:Sales and Business Development:<ul> <li>Identify and target potential business partners, influencers, and clients within the influencer marketing industry.</li> <li>Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our network and drive revenue growth.</li> <li>Foster and maintain relationships with key industry players to promote collaboration and mutually beneficial partnerships.</li> <li>Identify new sales opportunities, including brands looking to leverage influencer marketing for their products and services.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.</li> <li>Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.</li> </ul>Team Management:<ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Partnership team members, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.</li> <li>Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation in partnership development.</li> </ul>Partner Relationship Management:<ul> <li>Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners, influencers, and clients.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between our company and our partners, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.</li> <li>Continuously assess and improve partner satisfaction and engagement.</li> </ul>Reporting, Analytics, and KPIs:<ul><li>Regularly report on the progress of partnerships, sales activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management. </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the influencer marketing industry.</li></ul><ul> <li>Experienced working with clients from the USA.</li> <li>Strong network and connections within the influencer marketing ecosystem.</li> <li>Native/Fluently in English speaking, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills; and team management.</li> <li>Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.</li> <li>Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently..</li> </ul>Benefits🏡 Fully remote and full-time✨ Friendly work environment✈️ In-Person company retreats / virtual gatherings💎 Growth opportunities at a fast-growing startup🕞 9AM - 7PM EST📝 Independent contractor relationshipPlease submit CV in English!
