You will work with the DevOps team to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot build pipelines, focusing on scalability, automation, and security best practices.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul> <li>Manage the entire software development build infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration, delivery, and deployment</li> <li>Ensure high uptime and availability of all software build system resources</li> <li>Manage and control build systems privileged access</li> <li>Support security audits including SOC2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP and ensure appropriate compliance coverage</li> <li>Maintain and build out our build automation infrastructure to include new elements, such as code coverage and testing</li> <li>Identify and implement automation opportunities across build and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability</li> <li>Work closely with Development, Product, and security teams to understand build requirements, optimization workflows, and support CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Monitor build performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain high-quality builds, meeting project timelines</li> <li>Stay current on industry trends, especially within cybersecurity and DevOps, to continuously enhance build processes, tools and security practices</li> <li>Due to this role’s involvement in GovCloud, qualified candidates must be a “U.S. Person”</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a Build Engineer or in a similar role within DevOps or Software Engineering</li> <li>Proficient, hands on experience with build systems such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Gradle</li> <li>Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Linux</li> <li>Working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language</li> <li>Knowledge of basic Network Security concepts and technologies</li> <li>Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate (both written and verbal) complex ideas clearly and effectively within a team environment</li> <li>Ability to to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field preferred</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Medical, Dental &amp; Vision (Inclusive of domestic partnerships)</li> <li>Employer Paid Life Insurance &amp; Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life</li> <li>Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance</li> <li>401k (Roth/Traditional)</li> <li>A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)</li> <li>Above market annual bonuses</li> </ul>Keeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
