In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining our business processes, automating tasks, and providing valuable data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.Responsibilities:Business Automation:<ul><li>Utilize&nbsp;Zapier&nbsp;and other automation tools to streamline and optimize business processes.</li></ul><ul> <li>Identify opportunities for workflow automation and implement efficient solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and design automation workflows to improve productivity.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and maintain automated processes to ensure reliability.</li> </ul>Python Coding (Preferred):<ul> <li>If proficient in Python, write scripts or code as needed for custom automation tasks.</li> <li>Collaborate with the technical team on projects that require coding skills.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Strong proficiency in business process automation tools, with a strong preference for experience with&nbsp;Zapier.</li> <li>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.</li> <li>Familiarity with Python (preferred, not required).</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.</li> <li>Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Prior experience in plumbing or a related field is a plus but not required.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul><li>Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.</li></ul><ul> <li>Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.</li> <li>Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client.
