The DVT Business Development&nbsp;Associate: Netherlands is&nbsp;a junior member of the Sales Team&nbsp;expected to grow DVT’s presence in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxemburg (“the Region”).&nbsp;The sales&nbsp;focus&nbsp;is&nbsp;on providing outsourced Agile software development project team services, IT staff augmentation services, and other relevant DVT technology services to clients in the Region.DVT’s services are delivered primarily from our operational centers (mainly South Africa and Kenya, which are time-zone aligned&nbsp;with Europe) but with team members potentially being based on-shore (in Benelux) or near-shore (Europe).The role requires someone highly motivated and knowledgeable in technology services sales in the Benelux region to succeed. The DVT Business Development&nbsp;Associate: Netherlands will be supported by leaders and professionals in South Africa, Europe, and other DVT offices. In addition, the&nbsp;role will&nbsp;collaborate with the other Dynamic Technologies group companies in Europe to establish and grow the presence of DVT and the other group companies in the Netherlands and select other countries in the region.The role's primary objective is to&nbsp;support&nbsp;the growth of DVT's&nbsp;business&nbsp;in the Region. This objective entails predominately lead generation,&nbsp;cold-calling, sales campaigning,&nbsp;opportunity development, and&nbsp;conclusion of sales.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul> <li>Support the execution of&nbsp;a sales plan to achieve targeted sales objectives for the Region.</li> <li>Execute lead generation activities for the Region in collaboration with the&nbsp;European&nbsp;DVT Sales and Marketing function.</li> <li>Support opportunity identification, qualification, and closure</li> <li>Report on&nbsp;Lead and opportunity&nbsp;activities&nbsp;</li> <li>Support&nbsp;co-selling activities with regional Group companies.</li> <li>Support&nbsp;region marketing initiatives in conjunction with DVT Sales and Marketing function.</li> </ul> SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS<ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.</li> <li>Excellent presentation skills</li> <li>Able to engage effectively at C-level and senior management roles</li> <li>Analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Experience in Sales function, ideally in lead generation and sales campaign execution</li> <li>Knowledge of software development and passion for technology.</li> </ul> PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS<ul> <li>Motivated, high-energy, self-starter who thrives in sales activities</li> <li>Goal-driven and self-sufficient in daily activities</li> <li>The meticulous and intense attention to detail.</li> <li>Understanding of the market for the Region (possible&nbsp;clients, competitors, staffing trends, buying patterns, etc.) in terms of the solutions and services offered by DVT.</li> <li>A high-level understanding of all the business and technology solutions offered by DVT and a thorough knowledge of software development.</li> <li>Knowledge of global software trends relevant to the Region.</li> <li>Good knowledge of outsourcing and near-sourcing.</li> <li>Good knowledge of Agile and Agile practices.</li> </ul> MINIMUM EXPERIENCE<ul> <li>At least&nbsp;2+ years of&nbsp;experience in a&nbsp;sales&nbsp;new business development function&nbsp;in the Netherlands region to enterprise clients.</li> <li>Beneficial: experience&nbsp;working within international&nbsp;organizations&nbsp;or&nbsp;teams&nbsp;in technology services.</li> </ul> REMUNERATIONSalary will be structured between a primary (fixed) monthly salary amount and commission earnings. Basic + commission earnings will amount to OTE (on target earnings).
