You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and working cross functionally. You should be able to communicate candidly – to executive, peers, and direct reports. You are a pro at prioritizing and organizing your time. You lead with empathy and care about your team's personal growth. Above all, you will partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to drive outbound pipeline generation.</p><ul><li>Recruit and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and create a culture of continued success and goal achievement through talent management, coaching and training</li><li>You will coach and mentor BDRs and have genuine passion to facilitate overall growth of your teams both personally and professionally</li><li>Partner closely with marketing and sales leaders to optimize our end-to-end process</li><li>Support BDRs by call coaching and providing feedback on calls and email cadences</li><li>Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly meetings with BDR team and sales/marketing leadership team</li><li>Track BDR team metrics and report data to leadership</li><li>You will report to the Business Development Director</li><li>100% Remote</li></ul><p>#LI-Remote</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>4-7 years in a sales role; within industry</li><li>2+ years of prior sales management experience</li><li>You are Proficient in CRM + prospecting tools e.g., SFDC, SalesLoft Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and bring deep understanding of prospecting, cold calling, objection handling and qualifying</li><li>Proficiency in effective prospecting strategies and tactics</li><li>Proven experience in a sales management role or a comparable leadership development program and have sold an Enterprise Saas Product or in the financial industry</li><li>B2B sales experience with a deep understanding of crafting and encouraging an exciting team culture</li><li>Furthers a culture of innovation and learning</li><li>Experience managing remote teams is a plus!</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p><strong>Perks</strong></p><ul><li>401K with a 4% company match with immediate vesting.</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans.</li><li>Wellness programs, online discounts, employee discounts, pet insurance, employee stock purchase programs, and more.</li></ul><p>Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
