You’ll play a key role in optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving innovation in business systems to support the strategic goals of our GTM and Finance teams.The mission of the Business Systems team is to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that empower the GTM and Finance teams to achieve their goals, maximize revenue, and enhance operational efficiency. By streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy, the team supports informed decision-making and operational excellence.As the Business Systems AI Solutions Lead, you will identify opportunities for AI integration within business systems and then implement AI-driven improvements that align with business objectives. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $153,000 - $180,000.
