*This position is for all Latin American candidates*Legal Case Managers support attorneys and oversee the case management process at law firms. They organize and maintain case files, help manage caseload requirements, and monitor budgets, timelines, and billing for case completion.Requirements<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree is preferred</li> <li>With at least 2 years of professional experience in management and coordination</li> <li>Excellent English oral and written communication skills with very good English accent</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li> <li>Has exceptional organizational skills and is able to multi-task</li> <li>Knowledgeable in business communication and is professional in dealings with clients</li> <li>Ability to work with databases and online technological platforms</li> <li>Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible</li> <li>Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up</li> <li>Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various backgrounds and professional competencies</li> <li>Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of the company, the firm and its clients</li> <li>Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps</li> <li>Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule</li> </ul> Duties and responsibilities:<ul> <li>Gather medical documents via phone calls or emails</li> <li>Collecting documents from clients like (police reports, hospital bills etc.)</li> <li>Sorting client document folders</li> <li>Writing demand letters</li> <li>Manage entries in CRM Software</li> <li>Send documents to insurance companies and health providers</li> <li>File liens</li> <li>Get the client into treatment base on their reported injuries</li> <li>Get client schedule for any new procedure or treatment based on the def coverage</li> <li>Follow up with clients and attorneys for written statements when required by the insurance company</li> <li>Submit demands</li> <li>Draft Legal documents for Paralegals</li> <li>Notify attorneys of the timeframe and deadlines for case preparation.</li> <li>Prepare case summaries and other documents which support a case preparation</li> <li>Write letters of representations</li> </ul>BenefitsSalary Rate: $5 - $6 USD per hour <ul> <li>Permanent and Stable WFH employment</li> <li>Competitive Compensation and Benefits</li> <li>Monthly Internet Subsidy after 3 months of employment (USD $25)</li> <li>Health Care assistance after 6 months of employment.</li> </ul> IMPORTANT: Please Submit your Resume and Audio in English.
