Our client supports aspiring homeowners in establishing financial stability, building credit, and making informed decisions, making homeownership achievable for a broader audience.The role supports the CEOContent Creation<ul> <li>Completing application information for grants and other funding or partnership requirements</li> <li>Creating or updating company marketing materials</li> <ul><li>Pitch decks, etc using branding templates and guidelines</li></ul> <li>Write blogs and other thought pieces for the company</li> <li>Maintain company LinkedIn, professional content</li> </ul>Communications<ul> <li>Creating user communications, newsletters, announcements, and scheduling through (Sendgrid or other tool)</li> <li>Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf</li> <li>Build out email workflows leveraging CRM platforms like Customer.io or Hubspot&nbsp;</li> </ul>Social Media<ul> <li>Performing minor website posting or updates&nbsp;</li> <li>Creating social media content and scheduling through posting multi-posting platform (such as Buffer)</li> </ul>Scheduling<ul> <li>Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary</li> <li>Scheduling and preparing for webinars and other company-sponsored or participating events</li> <li>Schedule interviews and follow-ups</li> </ul>Other Activities<ul> <li>Write procedures documents for critical processes with the help of the leadership team</li> <li>Leverage AI tools to build out draft communications or research.&nbsp;</li> <li>Complete competitive research and build out draft reports&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be proficient in Google Suite, Canva, Figma, or Powerpoint</li> <li>Fast learner and able to execute without excessive supervision</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li> Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, with 5+ years in a similar role supporting executives or overseeing content creation, marketing, and/or operations.</li> <li> Content Creation and Writing Skills: Demonstrated experience in content creation, marketing collateral design, and professional social media management, with skills in grant writing or drafting applications for funding.</li> <li> Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, and experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot) and scheduling or email tools like SendGrid.</li> <li> Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects independently, including content updates, competitive research, and administrative support for leadership initiatives.</li> <li> Digital and Social Media Proficiency: Experience with website posting or basic updates, content creation, and social media scheduling using platforms like Buffer.</li> <li> Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive communications, user announcements, newsletters, and creating content for LinkedIn.</li> <li> Adaptability and Self-Motivation: Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision; familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity is a plus.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul><li>Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll.
