Competitive Compensation: We believe in recognizing and valuing your expertise. You'll receive an annual salary range of $131,250 - $175,000 based on your selected clinical weekly hours (30-40) and experience. Enjoy the stability of consistent salary that is not dependent on patient attendance or caseload ramp. As a Foresight psychiatry provider you will:
<ul>
<li>Provide initial evaluations and ongoing medication management with brief supportive therapy for patients as part of the outpatient prescribing team</li>
<ul>
<li>60-minute intakes</li>
<li>15-30-minute follow-ups (depending on patient acuity and need for brief supportive therapy determined and set by your assessment)</li>
<li>45-minute transfer appointments</li>
</ul>
<li>Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care. In addition you will be part of the child/adolescent team and have collaborative sessions with team members and our child/adolescent program leader.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a flexible schedule, with no on-call responsibilities</li>
</ul>
See a patient population of 5+ (with the option to opt out of the gero population). Your caseload will be a mixture of children, adolescents, and adults with a focus on a younger population.&nbsp;
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>A Master's degree from an accredited university or graduate program in psychiatric mental health nursing</li>
<li>An active, California Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license&nbsp;</li>
<li>An active DEA license for Schedules 2-5</li>
<li>Residence in California</li>
<li>2+ years of independent or collaborative experience in psychiatry, preferably in an outpatient setting seeing children and adolescents&nbsp;</li>
<li>Though we do not require our providers to see Medicare patients, you must have not opted out from Medicare</li>
<li>Have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely; experience with Google Suite is a plus!</li>
</ul>
