Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, HRIS & Payroll, you will drive complex aspects of compensation design and program deployment, including job/title framework, broad-based pay structure, pay guidelines, corporate bonus plans and long-term incentive plans. Please note this is a temporary, six-month fixed-term role. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function.
