Job Summary:The Compliance Manager will collaborate closely with the VP of Regulatory and Compliance to develop, implement, and manage compliance policies, initiatives, and procedures that align with legal requirements and industry standards. This role involves monitoring federal and state legislation, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the organization maintains the highest compliance standards in all operations.
