This person will play a critical role in implementing products and analyzing customer data to provide insights. Reporting to the Implementation Team lead, you will work closely with your team members in Implementation, R&amp;D, Support, Solutions Engineering, Training, and Customer Success, among others. You take feedback well and are open to learning many aspects of the business.&nbsp;How will you contribute?<ul> <li>Configure and QA the products</li> <li>Review time to value and customer health trends across the Customer Success function</li> <li>Support Implementation Managers in User Acceptance Testing with customers</li> <li>Support Customer Success Managers in value realization analyses</li> </ul>What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?<ul> <li>1-2 years of experience in a technical support, analysis and product configuration role</li> <li>Data-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, business-minded, technologically and intellectually curious</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>You are a self-starter, you love learning and are always actively looking for opportunities to contribute</li> <li>Healthcare or startup experience preferred</li> <li>Open to travel opportunities to customer sites</li> </ul>This is a unique opportunity to join a startup that has a meaningful impact on well-being and mental health.&nbsp;We have:<ul> <li>A product that positively impacts peoples' lives every single day.</li> <li>A team of amazing people with a shared vision and the infinite drive to make it happen</li> <li>The base pay range is $65,000-$85,000 a year.
