REQUIRED SERVICE: Real Estate Support REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry, Junior and Senior Levels MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 30 hours SHIFT TIME ZONE:: PST SHIFT HOURS: 12 PM- 5 PM SHIFT DAYS:  Tuesday-Friday REPORTING TO/POC: Number of VAs: 2 GENDER PREFERENCE: Female LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English ACCENT PREFERENCE: Neutral Accent REGION PREFERENCES: Candidates outside of India are preferred.

<h2>Responsibilities:</h2>
Conduct outbound cold calls to distressed properties and homeowners.
Inquire about the owner’s interest in selling their property.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
Collaborate with the real estate team to identify potential leads.
Adapt to different scripts and handle objections effectively.

Experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and market trends.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
Proficiency in using Google Voice or similar communication tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
