If you possess a creative flair for travel planning, thrive in a remote work environment, and have a deep appreciation for crafting seamless and unforgettable vacation experiences, we invite you to embark on this exciting journey with us.Responsibilities:<ol><li>Client Consultation:<ul><li>Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and desired cruise experiences.</li><li>Offer personalized recommendations for cruise lines, destinations, and onboard and onshore activities.</li></ul></li><li>Cruise and Activity Package Design:<ul><li>Design custom cruise packages, including cabin selection, dining options, and onboard activities.</li><li>Curate comprehensive activity packages that enhance the overall travel experience.</li></ul></li><li>Vendor and Supplier Coordination:<ul><li>Collaborate with cruise lines, excursion providers, and activity vendors to secure reservations and negotiate favorable terms.</li><li>Ensure seamless coordination of services for clients.</li></ul></li><li>Budget Management:<ul><li>Assist clients in budgeting for their cruise and activity packages.</li><li>Source competitive pricing for cruise bookings, excursions, and additional services.</li></ul></li><li>Customer Engagement:<ul><li>Provide attentive and personalized customer service throughout the planning process.</li><li>Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.</li></ul></li><li>Documentation and Records:<ul><li>Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, cruise and activity plans, and financial transactions.</li><li>Generate detailed itineraries and trip documents for clients.</li></ul></li><li>Remote Collaboration:<ul><li>Utilize virtual communication tools for client meetings, team collaboration, and training sessions.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and support one another in delivering top-notch service.</li></ul></li><li>Sales and Promotions:<ul><li>Promote special cruise and activity packages, discounts, and exclusive offers to drive client engagement and loyalty.</li><li>Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new clients and expanding our range of travel services.</li></ul></li><li>Continuous Learning:<ul><li>Stay updated on industry trends, cruise line offerings, and emerging leisure activities.</li><li>Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.</li></ul></li></ol>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in cruise planning or a related travel planning role preferred but not required.
