Brevo’s revenue through traffic, leads, and sales by implementing an effective sales strategy and maintaining good rapport with our clients.\n As a Customer Success Manager, you will: <ul><li>Set your clients up for success: establish critical goals/KPIs and help to achieve them</li><li>Be Brevo’s expert and proactively monitor your client's KPIs to drive adoption &amp; value and in order to prevent churn</li><li>Collaborate closely with all departments on a day-to-day basis to help your customers reach their objectives</li><li>Contribute to your customer’s marketing strategy and roadmap by developing and maintaining a strategic trusted advisor relationship with them&nbsp;</li><li>Be the voice of the customer to the Brevo Product team&nbsp;</li><li>Drive regular cadence with customers to report on KPIs, share results &amp; actionable items with cross-functional stakeholders</li><li>Identify and manage development and growth opportunities within the portfolio</li><li>Participate in the team’s effort to build a global Success framework for Brevo</li></ul> What will contribute to your success:<ul><li>You have a Customer-centric focus</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in CRM or as a CSM in a Martech company</li><li>Strong ability to understand, manage and drive customers' needs and marketing strategy&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of sustained target achievement</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills&nbsp;in German and English (C1 / C2)</li><li>Ability to drive issue resolution and work in collaboration with all departments (sales, product, care, finance, etc.)</li><li>Proactive, autonomous, and efficient</li><li>you are Data-driven&nbsp;and a Team Player</li></ul> What we offer you:<ul><li>Brevo offers an Ownership Plan which is inspired by ESOP or stock programs.
