You will work closely with our pre-sales, customer success, security, product, enterprise, and engineering teams, handling both pre-sales and onboarding processes, while managing a portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in a target-oriented environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Client Communication: Maintain impeccable communication via email and on calls with international clients. You’ll be the main point of contact for onboarding and relationship-building.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Enterprise Client Management: Handle enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in consulting or customer success is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Target Achievement: Manage a portfolio of clients and meet quarterly onboarding and pre-sales targets. Consistently deliver high-quality results in line with company goals.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pre-Sales and Onboarding Support: Seamlessly manage both pre-sales conversations and the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active user.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, and Google Suite is highly preferred. You’ll be expected to leverage these platforms for client communication, task tracking, and relationship management.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;High Ownership &amp;amp; Independence: Operate with a high level of ownership, working independently with minimal supervision.
