This role is crucial in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Web3, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in customer success or account management.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and quick adoption of our platform.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and feedback.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and products to existing customers, developing strategies to increase adoption of new features and services.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop and implement customer success plans tailored to individual customer needs and goals, monitoring customer health scores and proactively addressing potential issues.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Drive customer retention and renewal rates by ensuring satisfaction and demonstrating the value of our offerings, conducting regular check-ins and business reviews.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in our products and services, collaborating with the product team to communicate customer needs and help shape future development.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Requirements:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the tech or edtech industry.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of Web3 technologies and the developer ecosystem is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Perks:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;At Metaschool, you&#39;ll have exposure to all aspects of building a company.
