You will work with our international team to provide customer support that feels welcoming and professional while using this work-from-home opportunity to co-create positive remote team vibes.
 
In this role, you will: 
<ul><li dir="ltr">Manage incoming messages, emails, calls, and other customer service inquiries from our customers all around the globe;</li><li dir="ltr">Answer product and service-related questions and suggest information about other products and services;</li><li dir="ltr">Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution;</li><li dir="ltr">Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents;</li><li dir="ltr">Help other departments with additional tasks if need be;</li><li dir="ltr">Keeping up a service-minded attitude and being genuinely excited to help customers.</li></ul> <ul><li dir="ltr">Fluent in English with near-native proficiency in both written and spoken communication.</li><li dir="ltr">Empathy and understanding of what customer wants and needs;</li><li dir="ltr">Energy and drive to go the extra mile to engage customers;</li><li dir="ltr">To be responsible and have great time management skills;</li><li dir="ltr">Ability to work one day of the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday);</li><li dir="ltr">Flexibility to work different shifts - this role might require some evening shifts to have calls with customers in the USA;</li><li dir="ltr">Knowledge of an e-commerce business and Amazon (considered a bonus);</li><li dir="ltr">To be a quick learner, very flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

Salary: 400-550 EUR after taxes (depending on your skills and experience) + bonus
