We are seeking for a Customer Support Representative who will join our exceptional team which consists of experts in&nbsp;every functional area of business
This opening is for evening shift 5pm – 1am with two consecutive weekdays off (not weekend days) 
&nbsp;
&nbsp;What you'll be doing:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution</li>
<li>Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction via email and phone calls</li>
<li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies</li>
<li>Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools</li>
<li>Communicate with other departments concerning client issues/complaints</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;
What you'll need to be successful: 
Must haves:
<ul>
<li>Fluent or native German Speaker</li>
<li>Strong command of the English language</li>
<li>Proficiency in web-surfing and multitasking</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Nice-to-haves:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Office experience</li>
<li>Hard working with the ability to work autonomously</li>
<li>Able to focus on a specific task for an extended period</li>
<li>Any other language will be considered a plus</li>
</ul>
