As the first dedicated Data Analyst to join our organization, you will play a crucial role in setting up analytics tooling for our marketing, product, and business development teams and then analyzing large datasets to provide key insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Perform comprehensive analysis of data to derive actionable insights and identify trends within our ecosystem.</li><li>Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from diverse sources.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Create and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and performance metrics effectively.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the Web3 and crypto space to provide strategic recommendations.</li></ul><h2>Your craft</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Bachelor's degree in field related to data science, marketing or analytics preferred; Master's degree in Data Science or Data Analytics a bonus.</li><li>Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with specific exposure to rapidly growing gaming or B2C companies; Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or decentralized technologies preferred.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate and analyze complex datasets.</li><li>Familiarity with blockchain protocols (Ethereum) and understanding of smart contracts is highly advantageous.</li><li>Past experience setting up analytics tools like Google Analytics, HootSuite, SproutSocial, and/or other marketing analytics tooling.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>AdOps experience with an understanding of concepts around attribution, fraud analysis, and user retention.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.</li></ul>If you think you have valuable experience to bring to the organization, but don’t necessarily meet all of the criteria for the role, we still want to hear from you.
