The Tech Lead of Data &amp; Analytics is responsible for overseeing the delivery of analytics &amp; AI solutions using Reporting, Data Science, AI and Data Services.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The role involves working with a multi-disciplinary team of analytics geeks, data scientists, data engineers and solution architects to implement data analytics solutions that support business decision-making, improve customer insight and business performance.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;He/she collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions, develop and maintain various levels of analytical solutions, and manage a team of data and analytics consultants, and AI experts. This role stays current with advancements in technology and methods to bring innovation and disruption to clients.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;He/she possesses strong technical skills in the delivery of analytics, AI and data services, excellent communication skills, and a track record of leading successful data-driven projects.&nbsp; JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul> <li>Ability to interact with Client stakeholders, Data &amp; Analytics Practice Lead and Data &amp; Analytics COI Leaders to understand project objectives and serve as an on-hands Project Tech Lead, lead daily design and delivery activities, identify and mitigate delivery issues or roadblocks, and manage project team members&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to create original concepts, be process oriented with experience in establishing standards, processes and methodologies for the delivery of Data &amp; Analytics solutions under a nearshore/offshore model&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfortable making operational decisions, monitoring progress, and reporting results in a fast-paced growth environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent presentations skills with the ability to communicate and persuade onsite team leaders and project owners as needed&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Stay current with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks cloud advancements in data &amp; analytics to identify opportunities to apply new technologies to the business&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to create goals and conduct project performance evaluations for the team&nbsp;</li> <li>Additional duties as assigned by the Analytics &amp; AI COI Lead&nbsp;</li> </ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in the delivery of data analytics solutions with a proven track record of leading successful data-driven projects&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>3+ years as Solutions or Technical Lead in the delivery of Azure based data &amp; analytics projects&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Sound knowledge of Databricks a plus&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong technical skills in data services, conceptual architecture, data governance, analytics &amp; AI&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of how AI and ML is applied in data analytics solutions&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work&nbsp;effectively with stakeholders across the organization&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills&nbsp;</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor's/ or a Master’s degree from an accredited college/university required.</li></ul>
