About the ClientOur client is a startup mental health practice serving a national audience with a mission to improve mental health services accessibility. They promote innovation and excellence in mental healthcare through a combination of integrity, innovation, and interpersonal generosity.<ul> <li>Serve as the data subject matter expert and collaborator, working directly with the organization’s President and CEO.</li> <li>Exceptionally capability to use Excel and Google Sheets to conceptualize, build, consolidate, analyze, and report critical data about Practice’s successes, weaknesses, and growth potential in the context of the organization’s goals and objectives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Consult with management to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope, and especially in relation to quantitative indicators of customer satisfaction, client outcome scores, and data-driven decisions.</li> <li>Exceptionally talented, experienced, and creative when it comes to developing efficient financial and data tracking and forecasting models using Google Sheets, Monday.com, and/or other approved platforms.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance</li> <li>Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts; make recommendations to reduce costs, improve financial performance, and minimize risks</li> <li>Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field</li> <li>Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function</li> <li>Assist in the organization, completion, and submission of data-driven forms, policies, registrations.</li> <li>Successfully collaborate with bookkeeper and CPA and serve as an additional reviewer of records, as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Other data driven projects, as needed.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal English proficiencies.</li> <li>Proven working experience as a data analyst and/or finance expert</li> <li>Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, Google Workspace, MS Office, and financial software applications</li> <li>Hands-on experience with statistical analysis&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven knowledge of quantitative forecasting and information analysis</li> </ul><ul><li>BS degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics or related field </li></ul>Additional/specifics:&nbsp;<ul> <li>Serve as primary assistant to President with all matters related to money.&nbsp;</li> <li>Track, evaluate, make recommendations regarding routine spending</li> <li>Review and audit receivables</li> <li>Create, input, run financial reports and create mechanisms for requested projections</li> <li>Knowledge of QBs online; able to prepare financials for bookkeeper to reconcile&nbsp;</li> <li>Label, store, Audit receipts to credit card spending</li> <li>Register for states and reconcile taxes due based on received notices</li> <li>Run quarterly state tax due reports &amp; collaborate with accountant and bookkeeper</li> <li>Verify quarterly taxes have been appropriately paid&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in preparing payroll and relevant reporting</li> <li>Identify ROI for proposed products, services, programs</li> </ul>	 - EHR, Payroll, etc.	 - Lunch and Learn events - create a mechanisms to track and evaluate ROIBenefits<ul><li>Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.</li></ul><ul> <li>Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.</li> <li>Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client.
