<p>Eloan is a web and mobile platform for giving customers payday or installment loans.&nbsp;The client provides installment loans to their customers.</p><h3>What should you do?</h3><ul> <li>Develop ETL Pipelines with Python.</li> <li>Perform ETL code refactoring.</li> <li>Be the technical resource for the team by educating them on ETL best practices.</li> <li>Collaborate with the team to design, prototype, and implement proof-of-concept engineering solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with development teams to understand data requirements and&nbsp;</li> <li>provide database solutions.</li> <li>Design, implement, and manage databases to ensure optimal performance&nbsp;</li> <li>and reliability.</li> <li>Ensure data security, integrity, and availability across different systems.</li> <li>Perform database tuning and optimisation for PostgreSQL, Mongo, MS SQL,&nbsp;</li> <li>and DocumentDB.</li> <li>Manage data replication on databases between two AWS zones or AWS and&nbsp;</li> <li>on-prem servers</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly</li> </ul><h3>What do we need?</h3><ul> <li>2-4 Years of Python development experience for Airflow/Airbyte/Spark (or similar tool) DAGS</li> <li>2-4 years of industry experience including some experience working in Apache Airflow/Airbyte (or similar tool) in a production-level environment</li> <li>5+ years of experience in commercial development as a Database Administrator or Data Engineer</li> <li>Proven experience with PostgreSQL, Mongo, MS SQL, and data replication for each</li> <li>Excellent SQL knowledge</li> <li>Experience with PowerBI would be a plus</li> <li>Excited about implementing ETL/ELT processes</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Eager to help the team and customer build a complex engineering solution</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks&nbsp;</li> <li>simultaneously</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with&nbsp;</li> <li>cross-functional teams</li> <li>Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of Upper-Intermediate</li> </ul><h3>Bonus skills:</h3><ul> <li>experience in the FinTech (Loans) business domain</li> <li>Kafka and ClickHouse experience is a big plus</li> <li>experience with Tableau</li> </ul><h3>Our benefits:</h3><ul> <li>the exchange of experience</li> <li>health insurance in Ukraine</li> <li>paid events attendance</li> <li>periodic review of the salary every year</li> <li>purchase the necessary software</li> <li>tailored PC Purchase Program</li> </ul><p>We believe that work can be a pleasure, so we are waiting for someone who shares our views.</p><h3>Interview stages:</h3><p>Stage 1.
