We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.\n Primary Duties<ul><li>Conduct website traffic, content, keyword, and URL audits to improve search engine relevance and inform content plan, communications and marketing strategy</li><li>Track and monitor technical SEO performance metrics and website engagement data&nbsp; including organic traffic, keyword rankings and conversions,, contributing to regular reporting and making and implementing recommendations for improvements to meet company goals</li><li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and deploy web pages consistent with brand standards and templates to ensure best practices are followed</li><li>Assist with the development and implementation of new and existing web pages and technical SEO initiatives</li><li>Provide support for management and updates of Aledade.com and other brand and brand adjacent web properties as needed</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (ideally with a Marketing or Business focus)&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 3 years experience SEO executing organic search campaigns in highly competitive search industries (e.g., healthcare, legal, pharmaceuticals, ecommerce, real estate, etc.)</li><li>Experience using WordPress, HubSpot and other online publishing content management systems.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience using digital platforms including Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMRush</li><li>Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors</li></ul> Preferred KSA's<ul><li>Google Analytics certification</li></ul> \n<div>$70,000 - $80,000 a year</div><div>Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 base + bonus + equity</div><div>Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.</div>\n
