As a key member of our design team, you will develop visuals that strengthen our brand, support our marketing efforts, and enhance our online presence. You’ll collaborate with marketing designers, social media managers, and various teams to create engaging campaigns, exciting social media graphics, standout brand assets, and intuitive UI/UX designs.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for a creative person with strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities. If this sounds interesting and you’re ready to showcase your work in a portfolio, we’d love to hear from you!</p>\n<p><p><br></p><b>Your responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Campaigns</li></ul><div>- Conceptualize and design visually appealing campaigns for various platforms, including web, email, and social media.</div><div>- Collaborate with the marketing design team, as well as cross-functionally, to assist in creative strategy and execute design concepts that align with campaign objectives.</div><div>- Ensure all campaign materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.</div><div><br></div><ul><li>Branding Design</li></ul><div>- Help in developing and maintaining a cohesive visual identity for the company, ensuring visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.</div><div>- Design and update brand assets such as landing pages, social media templates, email templates, etc.</div><div><br></div><ul><li>Social Media Asset Creation</li></ul><div>- Design engaging and shareable graphics and animations for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).</div><div>- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt designs to suit the latest platform specifications and audience preferences, while maintaining the core brand identity.</div><div>- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Head of Brand to develop and execute content that drives engagement and grows our online presence.</div><div><br></div><ul><li>Other Responsibilities:</li></ul><div>- Create visual content for presentations, infographics, reports, and other internal and external communication materials.</div><div>- Assist with UI/UX design for desktop and mobile webpages, ensuring a seamless and intuitive visual experience.</div><div>- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality in all deliverables.</div><div>- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate new ideas and innovations into your work.</div><p><br></p><b>Minimum qualifications:</b><ul><li>3+ years of digital design experience (in-house or in creative agency)</li><li>Understanding of graphic design principles, design thinking, branding</li><li>Advanced Adobe and FIGMA skills</li><li>Experience in cross-functional teams, working with marketeers, developers and designers.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, effectively managing your time and prioritizing work</li><li>Great self-motivation, solving problems on the go</li><li>Excellent written &amp; spoken communication skills in English</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Bonus points if you have:</b><ul><li>Experience working with social media and campaign design</li><li>Experience with merch design</li><li>Experience with event design</li><li>Experience with illustration</li><li>Experience with animation</li></ul><p><br></p><b>What we offer:</b><ul><li>Opportunity to work fully remotely within EMEA time zones.</li><li>Work from anywhere – our Printify Houses in Riga or Tallinn, your remote home office, or a co-working space.</li><li>Start your workday anywhere between 7 AM and 11 AM.</li><li>Health insurance or a budget for it, depending on your location and contract.</li><li>Paid health days whenever you need them without a doctor's note, depending on your contract.</li><li>Extra paid days off for well-being, as well as a celebration day of your choice.</li><li>Access to the in-house gym or gym allowance, depending on your location and contract.</li><li>Apple MacBook laptop as your standard work equipment.</li><li>International relocation support for candidates who want to work in Riga or Tallinn.</li><li>Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons both on-site and online.</li><li>A learning budget for your professional development and access to our book library.</li></ul><p><br></p></p>\n<p><br></p><p>Joining Printify means joining an international company with an amazing team that has grown to over 500 people.
