Job Overview:&nbsp;The NewRich Network is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast growing company. Digital Marketing Managers at NewRich Network will be assigned multiple accounts (we work on multiple E-Commerce Projects Here)&nbsp; and work to improve campaign performance to achieve positive ROI. This person must be data-driven and use a combination of technology, problem-solving, and psychology to make online paid advertising profitable.As a Digital Marketing Manager at NewRich Network,&nbsp; you’ll take ownership in tasks related to successfully managing our Digital Marketing CampaignsOver time, you’ll get experience in all aspects of account management and — with proven performance — you’ll move into a more senior-level role.&nbsp;Your Tasks Will Include<ul><li>Manage and execute digital marketing projects from start to finish&nbsp;</li></ul><ul> <li>Own and deliver effective campaign marketing for designated products and web properties in alignment with the requirements and acquisition strategy of the organization.</li> <li>Develop marketing plans and strategies to support achievement of customer acquisition goals.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Managing keywords and site placements</li> <li>Reviewing daily ad spend, revenue and campaign activities</li> <li>Creating ad messaging for our Google Ads and PPC campaigns</li> <li>Analyzing existing ads and making strategic recommendations for improvements</li> <li>Managing monthly Google Ads and Meta ad budgets</li> <li>Tracking and reporting on account performance daily, weekly and monthly, as needed</li> <li>Identify opportunities and create strategic plans to improve web property visibility, traffic, and conversions.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute approved marketing plan activities including: collateral development and distribution; programmatic marketing; content marketing; webinars; social media; advertising and others.</li> <li>Lead the development of effective, strategic messaging that resonates with prospective customers.</li> <li>Perform market research as required for audience segmentation and identification of promotional channels.</li> <li>Implement and continue refining our existing Marketing strategy for creating and promoting product funnels, and webinars- while delivering maximum value to end-users.</li> <li>Measure effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust plans and tactics based upon collected metrics; Contribute to the creation of ROI reports.</li> <li>Maintain project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of programs with reporting and tracking of leads; consult and collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define requirements and expected results.</li> <li>Lead the development of externally facing materials across the programs: presentations, collateral, success stories, website landing pages and other materials as required.</li> </ul><h3>You’re a Good Fit If You</h3> • You REALLY Love Digital Marketing Campaigns - and you get a buzz from executing and scaling successful campaigns that generate WICKED ROI.<ul> <li>5 years experience in a similar role as a digital marketing manager at an e-commerce or other tech company.</li> <li>3 years experience in running paid ad campaigns with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite</li> <li>2 years experience using the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) or similar.</li> <li>Have a passion for all things digital marketing related.</li> <li>Have the ability to work independently and yet welcome oversight and feedback</li> <li>Enjoy continual learning and are readily adaptable to change</li> </ul> RequirementsResponsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Execute and manage campaigns across the Google and Meta ecosystems.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze data, optimize campaign performance and determine the key success factors for creatives (images, videos, etc.) to drive higher revenue</li></ul><ul><li>Generate weekly reports and be able to explain each marketing decision and campaign results</li></ul><ul><li>Gather data and information on consumers, competitors, and market conditions</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Deep knowledge of managing social, display, and programmatic platforms (YouTube, Google Display Network, Yahoo Gemini, Meta etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>5 years with media buying experience</li></ul><ul><li>$2,000+ per day spend experience on YouTube &amp; Google Display Network</li></ul><ul> <li>$1,000+ per day spend experience on Google Adwords (search)</li> <li>Or If you have experience day-trading and are looking for a new opportunity to apply your skillset.&nbsp;</li> </ul>This is a full-time position for an expert Google Display Network &amp; YouTube Media Buyer in the eCommerce &amp; Business Development space and will involve a base salary and a bonus based on performance set after 90-day probationary period.BenefitsOur full list of current benefits can be found here: <a href="https://newrich.com/benefits" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external">https://newrich.com/benefits</a>
