Use A/B testing to refine ads and ensure business objectives are met.&#8203;&#8203;&#8203;&#8203;</li></ul><ul><li>Platform-Specific Optimization: Optimize campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.) and Meta platforms, using ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other KPIs to drive results. &#160;</li><li>Client Collaboration: Recommend best practices and optimizations to clients based on data insights; monitor and report on ad performance, identifying trends and challenges proactively. &#160;</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Build and manage detailed reports in Excel or Google Sheets with advanced formulas, pivot tables, graphs, and charts for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking. &#160;</li><li>Content &amp; Creative Testing: Collaborate with teams to test new ad copy and visuals based on audience insights, helping to refine user acquisition strategies. &#160;</li><li>Competitive Analysis: Run analysis of competitor ads to inform new campaign strategies that capture and convert target audiences. &#160;</li><li>Email Marketing: Run email marketing campaigns on Intercom, organize content, track key metrics, and align design and messaging with paid media efforts. &#160;</li></ul>The Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of Google Ads experience (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, Video) &#160;</li><li>1+ year in Meta Ads campaign setup and optimization. &#160;</li><li>Skilled in managing and adjusting ad spend budgets within B2B and B2C environments with smaller annual budgets (&lt;$50K). &#160;</li><li>Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other essential paid media KPIs. &#160;</li><li>Expertise in understanding Meta and Google ads data and making proactive recommendations to clients on what is and is not working, and then adjusting campaigns &amp; ads accordingly &#160;</li><li>Fluent in English, with experience in proactive communication via Slack/IM, email, and video calls. &#160;</li><li>B2B expertise with familiarity in SaaS, cybersecurity, and/or fintech sectors. &#160;</li><li>Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, familiarity with GA4, and experience with Google and Meta Ads management. &#160;</li><li>Able to work CST hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).</li></ul> Nice-to-have<ul><li style="font-size:16px;">Experience with CRM attribution mapping.</li><li style="font-size:16px;">Background in email marketing and creating brand-aligned email content.</li><li style="font-size:16px;">Experience with SEMrush, Intercom, and the ability to create witty, engaging content.</li><li style="font-size:16px;">Experience with product subscription services (SaaS preferred).</li><li style="font-size:16px;">Sense of Humor &amp; Creativity: A unique, creative approach to ad content and campaign strategies.</li><li style="font-size:16px;">Proactivity: A self-starter who can proactively communicate with clients and the team.</li><li style="font-size:16px;">Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret and act on ad performance metrics.</li></ul> We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
