The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, overseeing the sales team, and developing new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with brands to enhance TikTal's client portfolio. </li> <li>Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth. </li> <li>Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. </li> <li>Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling pitches and proposals for potential brand partners. </li> <li>Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the sales team. </li> <li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing brand partners. </li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. </li> <li>Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. </li> <li>Conduct market research to understand the evolving needs of brands and influencers. </li> <li>Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and creative teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. </li> <li>Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and positive outcomes. </li> </ul>RequirementsQualifications:<ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the influencer marketing or advertising industry. </li> <li>Able to achieve 6-figure revenue targets in quarterly basis. </li> <li>Coach, mentor, and support junior team members to scale. </li> <li>Experienced with startup and dynamic working environment. </li> <li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.</li> <li>In-depth understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.</li> <li>Willing to work within the US timezone mainly (EST). </li> </ul>
