We&rsquo;ve been recognized as a Forbes Top Startup, Deloitte Fast 500, and Inc 5000, among other honors, for our rapid growth, innovative technology solutions, and energetic workplace culture.&nbsp;We are currently looking for a Director of SMP (Small/Mid-size Providers)&nbsp;to join our team and oversee client engagement functions that support this segment.&nbsp;<h4>Essential Functions:</h4><ul><li>Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase retention and profitability of SMP client base. </li><li>Operational &amp; Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery; manage the P&amp;L for the SMP segment, ensuring financial targets are met.  </li><li>Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Includes transforming existing resources from account management, client support, implementation, and client success into a cohesive system.   </li><li>Client Engagement: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support.  </li><li>End-to-End Accountability:  <ul><li>Client Implementation: Oversee the implementation process, ensuring seamless onboarding of clients onto our platform.  </li><li>Client Support: Develop and&nbsp;maintain robust support systems to address client needs promptly and effectively.  </li><li>Client Success (Value Demonstration): Implement strategies to&nbsp;demonstrate and deliver value to clients, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes and ROI.  </li><li>Technical Support: Ensure the availability of technical support to troubleshoot and resolve any platform-related issues,&nbsp;maintaining high service levels. &nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul>&nbsp;<h4>Education &amp; Experience Requirements:</h4><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree is required MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.  </li><li>Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading teams and/or general management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS and/or healthcare organization.  </li><li>Leadership: Proven&nbsp;track record of leading and scaling high-performing teams.  </li><li>Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.  </li><li>Operational Excellence:&nbsp;Demonstrated experience in improving operational efficiencies and driving business growth.  </li><li>Financial Acumen: Strong&nbsp;financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&amp;L management.  </li><li>Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build&nbsp;relationships with stakeholders at all levels.  </li><li>Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions. &nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;<h4>Travel:</h4>This role may include travel up to 10% of the time.&nbsp;&nbsp;<div>Relatient is an equal opportunity employer.</div><div>To learn more about our organization, please visit <a href="http://www.relatient.com">www.relatient.com</a></div>&nbsp;&nbsp;#LI-AM1#LI-Remote
