Job Title: Director of Global Government SalesLocation: Denver, CO or RemoteWe are looking for a new Director of Global Government Sales who is obsessed with bringing the Kaseware solution to our potential customers outside of the United States. Our customers use the Kaseware product for critical work in public safety and corporate security, and it is our mission to make them incredibly successful in their job. That’s where you come in. You will manage the complete sales cycle for our Global Government vertical, and eventually a team helping you, in a manner that ensures the customer is properly set up for success with our solutions.Job Type: Full-timeExemptResponsibilities and Duties:<ul> <li>Own all stages of the customer acquisition lifecycle. You will generate and manage sales opportunities, lead teams that drive those opportunities into revenue, and greatly influence the company's marketing and value proposition to our global government customers.</li> <li>Management of opportunities that vary in scale and complexity from routine SaaS projects consisting of a few system users, up to and including complex enterprise deployments for large and complex government organizations.</li> <li>Manage the production and delivery of a variety of detailed sales products to include proposals, RFP and RFI responses, contracts, presentations, technical documentation and more.</li> <li>Manage the negotiations of various Master Service Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, B2B Terms &amp; Conditions, Service Level Agreements, and commercial terms.</li> <li>Frequent international travel to customer sites for various sales and partnership activities.</li> <li>Conduct discovery/qualification, consultative sales processes, provide detailed product presentations, and perform a variety of software enterprise demonstrations with prospective customers.</li> <li>Capture and maintain meticulous details and documentation of details in the company’s CRM and contracting documentation.</li> <li>Build a double-digit sized team over the next couple of years to completely cover international opportunities.</li> </ul>Required Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree (Requiredp)Master’s Degree (Preferred)Operational Background in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement (Preferred)Current or prior Security Clearance (Preferred)Required Skills:<ul> <li>Ambition, motivation, and drive that are second to none.</li> <li>Proven ability to drive the various complexities and moving parts of enterprise software deals and close the deal.</li> <li>Have a proven ability to seven and eight-figure deals, with long and varied sales cycles, on a consistent basis.</li> <li>Experience and expertise in communicating with heads of State and senior leadership of foreign governments.</li> <li>Excellent use of discovery techniques and have fully developed consultative-sales, insight-selling &amp; solution-based selling methodologies.</li> <li>Ability to multitask, specifically to simultaneously execute on customer needs and to scale a team.</li> <li>Ability to develop business processes, especially processes involving sales and messaging.</li> <li>Outstanding skills in providing presentations as well as written and oral communications in both English and foreign languages.</li> <li>Proven ability to meticulously manage your time and work outside of the normal “9 to 5” schedule as required.</li> <li>Proficiency with operational technologies used at Kaseware such as Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com, Office Suite, etc.</li> </ul>Required Experience:<ul> <li>SaaS Sales, minimum of 5 years (Required)</li> <li>Substantial experience in both Direct Sales and Partner Sales methodologies</li> <li>Proven ability to operate successfully in diverse and varied business cultures around the world</li> <li>History of working with large, multi-national System Integration firms</li> <li>Operational and/or Sales background in Law Enforcement or Corporate Security markets (Required)</li> <li>Account Management or Customer Success Management, 1 year (Preferred)</li> <li>LowCode / NoCode system configuration, 2 years (Preferred)</li> <li>IT or Agile Project Management, 1 year (Preferred)</li> </ul>Other Requirements:<ul> <li>Language: English</li> <li>Must hold a valid passport and have no travel restrictions</li> </ul>Benefits:<ul> <li>Competitive salary and bonus program in an entrepreneurial environment</li> <li>Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance (70% company paid)</li> <li>Unlimited paid time off plan plus paid holidays</li> <li>401k with company matching</li> <li>Salary Range: $150,000-$230,000/year</li> </ul>About Kaseware:Kaseware is a rapidly growing start-up located in the Denver metro area.
