You'll execute on the strategic direction of our offerings, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users. With a keen understanding of the complex nature of tax reporting, market trends and customer requirements, you'll shape our product suites, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;RequirementsYour Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Report to the Chief Technology &amp; Product Officer and lead the product development team, including product managers, tax technical content leaders, business analysts, and tax analysts.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Lead the product development lifecycle for tax-related features and enhancements – from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Work with other members of the senior leadership team to establish vision and direction for K1x products.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Directly connect with senior leaders at our clients and prospects to validate product direction and vision.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market trends.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Lead team of tax analysts to:&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Identify tax-related requirements and incorporate them into our platform.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain tax-related documentation, including tax calculation methodologies and compliance procedures.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Stay up to date on tax laws, regulations, and best practices in tax reporting for alternative investments.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with sales, customer success, and support teams to gather feedback and address customer concerns.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Who You Are:&nbsp;We are looking for a unicorn – someone with equal parts tax expertise and product development experience combined with a self-starter mindset.
