<p>At Bridge, we believe People Matter Most. Our learning and performance platform helps transform organizations through connection, alignment, and growth. You will lead product management at Bridge, managing a global team of product managers. You will be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for our portfolio of products. You will work with a global team of engineers, product managers, designers, and program managers concentrated in Hungary, India, the UK, and the US.</p>
<h2>What You’ll Be Doing</h2>
<ul><li>Driving product vision and product strategies that help our customers build cultures where people matter most.</li><li>Managing, coaching, and developing a globally distributed team of product managers.</li><li>Leading our quarterly product planning, ensuring each quarter’s efforts strike the right balance of innovation, operation, and iteration.</li><li>Engaging with clients, prospects, and internal teams globally to identify opportunities for learning, performance, and talent management features. </li><li>Supporting go-to-market activities, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.</li><li>Serving as a spokesperson for Bridge, speaking at webinars and in-person events.</li><li>Communicating clearly with stakeholders and influencing decisions at all levels of the organization.</li></ul>
<h2>About You</h2>

Open, empathetic, curious, takes ownership.</li><li>Manager-coach who is able to identify and nurture potential in their team members.</li><li>5-7 years of software product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.</li></ul>
<h2>Not Required, but Awesome</h2>
<ul><li>Experience leading and empowering globally distributed teams.</li><li>Experience with the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe).</li><li>Past HR technology experience, particularly in Learning or Performance Management.</li><li>Product analytics experience. We use Google Analytics, BigQuery, Google Data Studio, Looker, Full Story, and Pendo.</li><li>Familiar with principles of user experience design and research.</li><li>Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.</li></ul>
