This role will oversee a team of product owners dedicated to delivering high-quality data capabilities and services and engaging with senior leadership on innovative solutions.</div></div><div> </div><div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></em></span> </div><div><ul><li>Lead and develop a team of product owners to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement</li><li>Establish clear performance metrics and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiative</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Organization and Operations to prioritize data initiatives and ensure timely delivery of data capabilities and services</li><li>Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and drive professional growth</li><li>Define a Data Capability Roadmap in collaboration with Product and Operations teams and communicate the vision for data services and capabilities, ensuring they meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate with product owners to create and manage roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and consistent enterprise communication</li><li>Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive product enhancements and innovation</li><li>Support the Data Services Product Owners in their stakeholder collaboration, empowering them in communication and collaboration efforts throughout organization</li><li>Partner with Senior Data Leadership on advancing the comprehensive data strategy in alignment with the organization’s mission and objectives</li><li>Identify opportunities for leveraging data to create competitive advantages and enhance operational efficiency</li><li>Encourage experimentation and adoption of emerging data technologies and methodologies</li><li>Manage financial impact of design decisions and tracking cost-saving improvements in collaboration with Finance leadership</li><li>Oversee the established data governance practices in collaboration with senior data leadership to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations</li><li>Promote best practices in data management and analytics across the organization</li><li>Ensure adherence to data governance best practices, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations</li><li>Implement data management frameworks that promote transparency and accountability within data operations</li><li>Oversee data insights and reports to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis</li><li>Monitor the progress of data initiatives, ensuring regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders are consistently and productively published</li><li>Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance data capabilities and resources</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Requirements:</strong></em></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred</li><li>5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role</li><li>Proven experience in managing product development cycles, from ideation to launch</li><li>Technical skills in SQL, NoSQL a plus</li><li>Proven leadership experience as demonstrated through historical work/achievements with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals and deliverables</li></ul></div><div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Skills:</strong></em></span></div><div><ul><li>Superior written and verbal communications, executive presence, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels</li><li>Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions</li><li>Highly developed organizational skills; comfortable working under time sensitive deadlines</li><li>Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives</li><li>High comfort with client facing negotiation, accountability, and coordination</li><li>Solution oriented; identify and drive options for advancement in the event project obstacles are evident</li><li>Driver mentality with expectation to lead high profile outcomes</li></ul></div><div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Travel:</strong></em></span></div><div> </div><div>Limited Travel, scheduled per needs of the business</div></div><p><br /><span style="font-family: sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size: 11.0pt;">#LI-REMOTE</span></p>
