Overview:As our E-commerce Visual Content Lead, you'll oversee all visual branding, product images, and content for our Marketplaces, especially Amazon and Wayfair. Your main goal is to create eye-catching visuals and digital content that boost product discovery and sales online. With your keen eye for style, data-driven mindset, and deep marketplace knowledge, you'll update our product catalogs and set visual guidelines for new product launches. This role requires balancing creative vision with business goals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about home décor and skilled in photography, graphic design, 3D modeling, and content production.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality product imagery, lifestyle shots, infographics, and A+ content tailored for Amazon and Wayfair platforms.</li> <li>Video Production: Develop product and promotional videos that detail features, benefits, and installation processes, offering an immersive shopping experience.</li> <li>Creative Direction: Hire, onboard and manage a creative team of in-house employees and freelancers, including graphic designers, copywriters, 3D visualization specialists, photographers, and maintain accountability for their performance and deliverables.</li> <li>Platform Optimization: Stay up to date with the latest visual content trends and standards for Amazon and Wayfair, ensuring our content is always optimized for visibility and engagement.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience as an art director, creative director or graphic design leader for an ecommerce company or agency (Amazon experience highly preferred)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of ecommerce, digital marketing, and social media trends and best practices.</li> <li>Significant experience with Adobe CC (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), 3D modeling and rendering tools, and a working knowledge of innovative tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion</li> <li>Proven track record of growing and scaling successful brands through creative strategies and visual designs.</li> <li>Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and photographers.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Competitive Salary</li> <li>Flexible hours for better work-life balance across time zones.</li> <li>Professional development opportunities to boost skills and career growth.</li> <li>Performance bonuses for exceptional contributions.</li> <li>Remote work for flexibility, comfort, and savings on commuting.</li> </ul>
