We ship weekly, and you&#39;ll be at the forefront of our innovation.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Guide the development team in architecting and scaling our products, leveraging our React, Laravel, and AWS stack while overseeing migration to Node.js.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Craft detailed requirements documentation, translating product vision into actionable weekly, monthly, and quarterly OKRs for the dev team.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Analyze data to drive product improvements and optimize our development processes for rapid deployment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead talent acquisition efforts to grow and strengthen our engineering team.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between engineering efforts and overall company goals.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Ideal Candidate Profile:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong technical background with a product-oriented mindset&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven track record of building and shipping successful products&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent collaboration and team-building skills&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Thrives in a startup environment and comfortable wearing multiple hats&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Passion for Web3 and developer education (preferred but not required)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Perks:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;At Metaschool, you will have exposure to product, business, growth, technology and everything in between.
